SNEEZING

THE FACT BEHIND SNEEZE – Why do we sneeze?

People get two varieties of sneeze which happens more during WINTER season than the summer. Happening on winter is very obvious due to rain and pretty cold climate, but due to lot of sweating out from our body, the cold catch us very easily during SUMMER.

Now if we look in to the fact rather the cause and the scientific changes in our body, which causes us to sneeze. Sneezing is actually gets rid of an IRRITATION or harmful objects in the air passage of the nose. The irritations actually stimulate the nerve cells in the nose to send a message to the BRAIN, which would be saying “Just get rid of the Irritation”. The BRAIN then sends another message to the breathing muscles of the ribs and diaphragm and then the big sound of “Ah Chu” you know this “Ah Chu” gives a lot of relaxation while sneezing. So through this, we get rid of the irritations from the nose.

So let’s all get relieved of this irritations through “Ah Chu”. What a wonderful relief rarely, but becomes quite irritating if it continues for a long time, ISN'T IT TRUE.
